Cannot accept the Microsoft Services Agreement to access Xbox Live

Hi there,

A little while ago, I booted up my xbox after a few month's break. When attempting to access my Xbox Live account, I was informed that I needed to accept the new Microsoft Services agreement, which I did- only to discover that the email address that was
associated with my account was spelled incorrectly. Because the email cannot be changed until the agreement is accepted, I was unable to proceed- a sort of catch-22, you can enter the password but not alter the email, therefore meaning you'll always enter
the wrong password, and can never sign in to change that email!

I signed into the xbox application for windows, hoping to instead sign the agreement there. An error window came up, and told me to sign in on the website. I then tried to accept the new terms on the website, but ended up in a perpetual loop of the "accept
the agreement", then "Parental approval required", then "sign in", then back to "accept the agreement" once more. I have been unable to get around this issue.

Is there any way this can be resolved?

Accept Service Agreement from PC, Still no XBOX

Still cannot get in. I accepted the services agreement, but XBOX live says I must accept the services agreement. I'll be glad to accept it as many times as I need to so my son can use XBOX live that we're paying for but he cannot use.

Also, how do i go about getting a credit for unavailability?

Cannot accept the XBOX Live agreement

I cannot accept the XBOX Live agreement because apparently my account is connected to a parent account. However, I'm pretty sure I never had a parent account because I signed up when I was 18. I'm now 19 years old... why am I still linked to a parent account?

I dont remember seeing any pop ups regarding Terms of Use or any similar agreements. I have downloaded the update but cannot connect to LIVE. i used a different profile and accepted the agreement and it connected to LIVE fine on the same console. My current
one still cannot connect. I tried logging into xbox.com and couldnt find the agreement to accept. I dont know what to do now.
