    Dear XBLRewards3 ,

    Sorry that I cannot add a reply to my previous post,

    cannot find any reward points

    Should I entitle the 2,000 Rewards Credits from program "FREEquent Player" (spent HK$39 each month for three months in a row) from my purchase?

    Jul 16 - HKD$195

    Aug 26 - HKD$135

    Sep 15 - HKD$151

    Change Points into Money for buying Add ons

    but that does not work. Sorry for my language. It isnt my first! I cannnot find an option to use my points. I have 5250 points and want to buy an add on with them. But i thought, that i have to change my points into "money" ?!? Must i buy only the add on
    and the points are for paying?

    Gives me a error code that does not exist??

    Try to start netflix and it gives an error coed that when i put into xbox.com it replys Cannnot find code?? 0x87e107f9

    Hi Arthur. Looks like your July 16th purchase went towards the wrong offer. We're making adjustments and Credits will show as pending by the end of the week. Sorry about that.
