    Candy crush saga : bug


    Bonjour,

    Le Week-end passé, et ce, pour la première fois, mon jeu candy crush a été bloqué : j'ai acheté des boosters limités dans le temps

    et je n'ai pu utiliser les produits achetés.

    Cela a duré 2 jours avant que je ne prenne le risque de désinstaller le jeu et le réinstaller, tout est rentré dans l'ordre hormis mes dépenses

    financières de ce Week-end.

    Je ne comprends pourquoi il est si difficile de trouver le service la clientèle et que je sois passé d'abord par un robot qui ne comprend pas ou

    n'apprécie pas ma façon d'écrire.

    Je l'ai signalé mais il considère que c'est Microsoft qui est responsable puisque mon jeu fonctionnait sur facebook mais pas sur la gameroom.

    Je m'adresse comme King me l'a conseillé Microsoft.
