Candy Crush saga appeared on my games collection

I never installed the game, and i use a different account on pc and xbox. This is just a spot to promote a game i have no interest in, and forcing it into my library is not a wise move for user fidelization

Besides consoles. PC also has had this shovelware to contend with.

Do a factory reset and do not install the game

can you attach a screenshot where it is showing, as it should not appear in the xbox app.

it is on the windows start menu when you first setup also, basically Microsoft can put ads or game ads where they want on any of their apps as we agreed to this when first signing in.
