Candy crush on library, how remove?

I have never opened, never installed, and never had my account on more than one device, why do I still have a game with absolutely no play time (not even accidentally opened) no G score, on my account that I'm too poor to buy games for. I have seen other threads but they have been locked, thus starting a new one, I know where my account has been, I know who accesses my devices, non have ever installed or even played the game, why is it still in my library.
