cancelling XBoxlivego charges on my checking account

Disputing charges?

I have $16 of charges from Microsoft which I never wanted. I bought 5,000 VC ( In game item) for NBA 2k16 and each time the game said it was canceled. Did it like 5-7 times thinking it was Microsoft who was in error then checked my card and saw I was charged for each of them. MS is dragging its feet and wondering what would happen to my account if I dispute these charges?

 

There are some unexplainable charges on banking account

I am needing a phone number so we can call to verify what account made these charges to my checking account.

 

I need XBOXLIVE GO to stop taking out $25.23 cents from my account pronto and to re-imburse me the charge from Sept.04, 2018 which I did not renew.

I once purchased a card from Walmart for my grandson or online and want to stop the subscription. When I go to MICROSOFT billing and subscription , billing and payments, they won't remove the expired card. I finally got a new debit card with a brand
new number to avoid any more charges but want it removed totaling and cancelled and it seems I can not.

If so, that's an overdue subscription and you must pay for the gold you've used as it has tried to take a payment but could not.

An overdue subscription prevents you from taking the card off, cancelling subscriptions (they will not keep charging though) and also prevents codes from being entered. If this is so, you must pay via credit/debit/paypal/bank account.

They might be able to look deeper into your account and do what it is what you're asking.

No one in forums can access anything in your account when it comes to billing issues.
