    Cancelling xbox360 gold subscription????!!


    i have been trying for days to cancel my Xbox 360 live subscription which keeps aitomatically renewing ! Its in my husbands emails but my bank details, husband can not access his email & can not remember the password for Microsoft! Tried ringing Microsoft
    spoke to assistant in Romania who still could not cancel the subscription as needs a passcode that was sent to the unobtainable email to complete security ! I am loosing the will to live?????? Please any advise ?????

    Hi have tried in vain to cancel my membership - one number i was given 1800509186 is invalid from my region ( Cork Ireland) and the other numbers on the contact us section are not usable either.

    59.99 has been taken from my bank account today and im really annoyed with the means of trying to contact anyone from xbox to cancel my account. Can you please provide me with the correct contact numbers for someone calling from Cork Ireland as i want to
    have it cancelled immediately.

    But this is the outside usa contact that will work.

    Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
