i want to cancel my xbox live account so that i can create a new one, how do i delete it completely so no more payments are made?

How do I change my subscription from family gold to regular gold?

Hi, cancelling the family pack is achieved in the same way as cancelling a regular gold membership.

You would need to phone support for your region.

 

If you are suspended for payment info you need to pay off the balance

Also accounts cannot be deleted off servers

You can delete the profile off your hd but your saves and profile info will be locked forever to the account

 

If you go to your payment options in your account it should allow you to cancel the automatic renewal

 

Are you wanting to cancel your subscription, or delete your entire account so you can free up your email to make another account? These are two very different things.

Please note that if you intend to delete your Microsoft account entirely, it takes some time for the system to catch up, and you may not be able to immediately create a new account.
