    Cancelling xbox live subscription


    I am hereby notifying xbox live I want my subscription cancelled. I have followed all the necessary steps in a revolving door of bs to cancel and still do not know if it is cancelled. Beware anyone signing up for trial version of xbox live, they make it
    as difficult as possible to cancel, do not sign up. The confusion is so they can keep you on a rotating schedule of 14.99 a month payments. If anyone is willing to start a class action lawsuit against Microsoft, I will happily join.
