Cancelling Xbox Live Subscription on an Account I no Longer have access to

You will need the account information for the Microsoft Account tied to the gamertag. If you don't have that, you'll want to contact support and see what options you have.

If you got the game through Games with Gold for XBox One then they require an active Gold subscription to play as per the FAQ here: https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/my-account/xbox-live-membership/games-with-gold-faq

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold

Microsoft can only assist with billing queries if you have access to the account. You'll need to contact your bank or financial institution to cancel the charges. If you pay with card I'd suggest cancelling the card too.
