    Cancelling Xbox Live Membership On A Non Microsoft E-mail


    I used to own an Xbox 360 but when I sold it, I cancelled my membership on my main account but forgot to on my alt. Since I no longer own the 360, I cannot cancel from there. I have tried doing it online, but on Microsoft's page, it asks to sign in with
    a Hotmail or Live account. Now the problem with that is, I made my Xbox Live account with a Google E-mail. So if I try signing in, it does not work. I get all my promos and bills to my Gmail so Microsoft knows the account is hooked with that E-mail.

    I would really appreciate if someone came back with a clear answer since I am getting charged $10 a month for no purpose

    Hello, I have activated pre-paid 12 months Xbox live gold membership before Christmas. Today I got e-mail from Microsoft and it says "Pre-paid one-month Xbox LIVE Gold membership-order has been canceled 12 Jan 2015." I went home and tried if i can log in
    to live, but it asked me to renew my Gold membership. I haven´t even been online today before i noticed that e-mail or taken any contact to Microsoft / Xbox support in a long time

    how to remove

    If it's a Microsoft e-mail (Hotmail, Live, Outlook) then you can't, they are automatically WLIDs. If it's a non-Microsoft e-mail (Gmail, Comcast, etc.) then you can go to account.live.com and click on Close account, that will close the Windows Live ID.
    Keep in mind that that will break your Xbox account if that is the WLID the Xbox account uses.

    Hiya, in order to login to XBOX.com you need to have the e-mail attached to the account. There's unfortunately no way to look up an e-mail associated with a gamertag, so I suggest looking around different e-mails you've made. Once you've located the correct
