    Hello,

    Every year, XBOX / Microsoft take about 80.00 from me on an automatic renewal.

    This has been happening for a very long time - I have to admit, I could have dealt with this a long time ago, but I haven't.

    I mean to do something about every year, but then I usually forget, or get lazy. Then another year rolls around and it happens again.

    I haven't touched an XBOX or XBOX live for possibly 8-10 years.

    It is going to happen again at the end of the month (May 25.) I do not know what account I would have used. Who can I contact about this? All the support pages always funnel you to a 'sign in', which I cannot get, and even if I could, I doubt the email
    is still active.

    Currently paying for an xbox live gold subscription that I cannot cancel as the email for the account was deleted, microsoft support isn't helping

    It was made so long ago, we can't even remember the email used, I think it was also set up by someone who is no longer in contact with us, but we are paying for the gold.

    Is it not possible for someone to just cancel the subscription to the account? I remember the xbox gamertag but that's all

    You can cancel it but once you do that you wont be able to go on live again until you purchase another month/year membership of xbox live again!

    To immediately cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, please contact Xbox Support using the Assistance information at the bottom of this page

    Contact your Bank and ask then to cancel the direct debit ,that way it will stop any payments coming out of your account and it should end the subscription .

    Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to
