    Was charged,and the subscription is not in use and the xbox asked to return the funds,cancelling the subscription

    Regarding switching back to Xbox standard game pass from ultimate pass

    When you bought Ultimate, it converted your remaining Game Pass to Ultimate as well. So cancelling Ultimate cancelled everything. In order to go back, you'd have to purchase a new subscription.

    Xbox live good subscription

    When you added the Ultimate, it would have converted your Gold subscription to Ultimate as well since Ultimate includes Gold. So by cancelling the subscription, it cancels the Gold as well since it was already cancelled when you upgraded.
