Cancelling something someone bought

Hi, I really need some help. I don't know how it happened, but someone bought a game with my Paypal account on my Xbox One and I don't have a clue how. It's a game I already bought two years ago but it seems like a payement has been done for the same game
(WWE 2K17). So, I wonder what is the best way to be refund by Microsoft because I clearly don't want to pay for this. How can I proceed?

You would need to contact support directly to see if they can do anything. However, everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds, so if it was a friend who made the purchase, there is no guarantee that you will get a refund. 1-800-4my-xbox
