    Cancelling request for new Xbox Series X controller


    While my xbox series X controller wasn't connecting no matter what I did I submitted a request for a new controller because that's what it told me to do after it wouldn't connect even with a usb-c connection. After I submitted I kept trying and it eventually
    connected again. I just want to know how I could cancel that request because I don't need another controller.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.
