    Cancelling Gold


    Hello everyone, I'm currently having a problem with my 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription which I bought accidentally and I'm trying to get a refund, but the only option that shows is "Cancel". Will cancelling it give me back my money?

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    Game pass ultimate

    Since you upgraded to Ultimate, your gold was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate as well. Cancelling Ultimate also cancels your gold.
