Cancelling game pass issues

Cancelled my game pass. I can still play my preowned games on my xbox one, but on my xbox s series it keeps telling me to resubscribe for every game that I own.

I did a total reset on my xbox s series and got the same results. I did a network transfer from my xbox one to my xbox series s for these games.

I think you are right. Also xbox is shifting everything to digital. Like even new game discs are empty no game on it, still downloads the game.

So, are you saying that all preowned games that were on discs are no longer playable on the xbox series s without game pass or repurchasing as a digital download?

So, if I repurchase it through my xbox series s (via download) I may not have an issue then?

Hate to do that, but this is my traveling console.

Are the games you own on disc? If so, then that will be why you get the message to subscribe, as the Xbox Series S console is a digital console only, so your disc games will not register on there as being owned, as you need the disc in the console to play the games.
