Cancelling Disney Plus

I recently started a subscription to Disney Plus on my Xbox and for the first day it worked fine, but then a few days later I tried going on and I was prompted to contact their support. Their support gave me no information on what was wrong with the account
and only told me that they couldn't cancel it and that I had to cancel it through Microsoft. Does anyone know how to cancel Disney plus on Xbox?

I have a similar problem that happens with the Foxtel app in Australia - sometimes you have to reboot console - hard restart - change profiles - make sure you quit the app before relaunching as it may be having issue with the progressive resumption - you
know where it picks off from the last show you were watching (Foxtel does) but if you have little space or don't delete the cache it can certainly cause issues - shouldn't have to - but try the above and see what works best to resolve the sitch as fast as
possible and keep reporting the bug/error until an official solution or fix is made

But OMG how good is the Mandalorian - worth the sub on that show alone and WS and F hasn't even come out yet !

Disney confirmed that Disney+ app will be available on iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Google Chromecast and
Xbox One at launch.

In addition to the US, Disney+ will available in Canada and the Netherlands on November 12. On November 19th, Disney+ will be available in Australia and New Zealand.

Not that i know of. And im not sure theres plans to ad would be best to check the supported devices on the disney + site
