Cancelling Auto Renewal but don't know my email

I dont know the email address for my xbox account and I no longer have an xbox. I bought a membership for live and it automatically renewed itself so know im stuck having to pay for it with no way to cancel. the website is ridiculous i have tried everything
and nothing is working. if you try to contact microsoft with your problems with your account you have to be signed into the account just to talk to them. so i made a second account to talk to them about the other one but surprise surprise more problems. when
i sign in to speak on chat with someone it doesnt fill my name in the required field box and I cant type in it. I have been trying just to contact someone for over 30 mins and still i have gotten no where.

Cancelling Auto Renewal

Hi,

I am trying to cancel my auto renewal but get the following error: An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.

Is there another way to cancel the auto renewal?

Microsoft Account False E-mail

When i very first signed up for Xbox live the email i used for my Microsoft account was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** it was the correct email but the www. messes everything up. I only found this out recently when trying to cancel auto renewal and it would show that the code
would be sent to this email. Because of the www. the email isn't sent to my correct email address. I was wondering how to change this email because simply going to My account, contact preferences and change email does not seem to work. It sends some emails
there but the one regarding cancelling my auto renewal is still a problem.(I have already cancelled my auto renewal but would still like to sort this out.)

Hassassinade, I also have an email that is not working anymore, and i have requested to delete the address from my account. But when i go to the Remove security info page, it says

"This info will be deleted from your account on 12/12/2012, unless you cancel the deletion.

(Invalid email address here)"

But this will happen AFTER I want my auto renewal canceled, as my auto renewal is set to happen on Sunday, December 02, 2012.

To change my auto renewal status, I need to enter the code that is sent to that invalid email address. But can't do it, so I can't change my account renewal status before it gets renewed. What do I do?

You can cancel the auto renewal of the subscription at any time, like now, so that you don't have to remember. it won't cancel this period, just the renewal.

Hi CrazyDDawg you account when you sign up for xbox live will tell you that the account will be set on an auto renewal right from the start you also get an email stating the same facts as well. If you sign up for a promotion its always good to double check
your transaction so that you know for sure you are charge correctly. You will also get a notification that your account is set to auto renew when the times comes around. each time it renews you get a notification. I would check your emails spam, and verify
that your email is set correctly so you can get the notifications. If you need to cancel your auto renewal can do so on xbox.com or at account.microsoft.com

To stop automatically renewing your subscription, but keep using it until it expires:

1.Sign in to your services and subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.

2.Find the subscription you want to stop renewing, then select Turn off auto-renew.

3.Select Confirm cancellation.

please keep in mind that you will need to cancel the auto renewal before your renewal date is set if you cancel the auto renewal after your new renewal you could be charged for the following month

Don't forget you'll have to call support to cancel the auto renew or it will continue on.

Don't forget to turn off auto renew first otherwise the Ultimate will not cancel.
