    Cancelling a subscription x box live


    we are being billed for a monthly deduction of xbox live but we are not using xbox. we wish to cancel it. however the subscrition is not showing in my account. i suspect it is in an account under my teenage sons name and he doesnt remember his log in details.

    can you help?

    also when i try to accesss family sharing (which i set up) it wont allow me to view it and says i need to invite myself...why does everything feel so complicated on Apple??

    Yes I cancelled the payment through paypal … but they had told me to contact Microsoft . My ultimate goal is to get signed up for X Box Live subscription .

    Why would anyone like the removal of the family pack? It just shows Microsoft sticking it to families forcing them to move to the X-Box one if they want to have one live gold account to pay for. I will also be cancelling my subscriptions.

    When you have kids $240 a year is quite expensive for a service.
