Cancelling a past due subscription - There is no cancel option

I am having the same issue as this person here (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_account-mso_other-mso_365hp/cancelling-past-due-subscription-cancel-button/2b6b4c1c-7800-42aa-b8e8-9fcfd5249818) The link provided in the reply
does no longer work. I cannot see a button for cancel or turn off recurring billing but I need to cancel the subscription.

It won't give you the options since the payment is past due. You would need to pay off the balance you owe in order for those options to show up.

Since I cannot cancel it, If I pay it off, will it instantly charge again?

It shouldn't. It should just pay off the balance and continue the subscription that was already started.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are wanting to cancel a subscription. The only way to cancel it correctly, is to

pay off the past due balance, then cancel the subscription. There is no way to cancel as you owe a past due amount.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to cancel a past due subscription. Unfortunately, a past
due subscription is not able to be cancelled until the past due is paid off. You could pay the subscription, then cancel it right after.
