    Hello. I cancelled xbox live gold subscription some days ago, before the renewal date. But i still have xbox live gold access, and i'm worried about an unjustified charge at the credit card. Could someone please help?

    Xbox Live Gold cancelled

    Hi, my account says that my Xbox live gold membership has been cancelled. I cannot access deals or free games with gold, however I can still join Xbox live parties and join online games.

    Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

    Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

    But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

    If you just turned off auto-renewal then that should be normal. If you were completely cancelling the subscription you may want to double check
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows as cancelled and/or contact support and speak to billing 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, you cancelled Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold and now you cannot access Xbox live Gold? Did you cancel the subscriptions through the website? When you cancel Xbox Live Gold you
    will lose access to Online capabilities and won't be able to play until you re-establish the subscription.

    Microsoft Subscriptions    , choose Xbox Live Gold and cancel it. See if you can do this process.

    about xbox live gold convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    Hi damon_1823,

    Are you not able to select Xbox Live Gold from the membership section of the Store and purchase?

    If you upgrade Live Gold to Ultimate and cancel, you can choose either to come back.

    With Live Gold you do not have access to GamePass / GamePass for PC.
