I got a new Xbox Live Gold digital code for 15 Months Subscription and I exchanged this code in my XBOX 360 and the rest of my old XBOX Live Gold subscription for more tan 10 Months was cancelled. I spent 59,99 euros in each subscription. It is possible
solve it ?Thank you.

Should be the Months I had plus the new added 15 Months

Subscription cancelled but still asked for payment

Hello,

Earlier today I realised that I did not have the money to renew my Xbox live subscription, so I cancelled the subscription. However, I have just received an email saying that the renewal was unsuccessful. I can't pay the subscription fee which is why I cancelled
it.

for a subscription it might be best to immediately cancel the subscription, that usually will show what will be refunded for the time that was remaining for the subscription.

If you cancel the subscription now you would lose all that time that you have on the gold subscription.

When upgrading to the Ultimate game pass subscription it combines the subscriptions into one subscription and if you cancel this subscription it cancels all of it.

Steps to cancel:

Go to the Microsoft subscriptions page: Go to the Microsoft website at https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in to your account.

Find the subscription: Find the game subscription you want to cancel.

Manage subscription: Click "Manage".

Cancel: Select the "Cancel subscription" option.

Choose the method: You can choose to cancel the subscription immediately with a partial refund or allow the subscription to end at the end of the current period.

Confirm: Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

It will have all the steps on how to stop/cancel a subscription.

Keep in mind that if there is an payment due, that will need to be paid prior being able to cancel the subscription.

Head to the Microsoft account page.

Find the subscription tab and locate the realm that you wish to cancel.

Select the "Manage Subscription" button.

Cancel the subscription.

Ensure the subscription is canceled and then close the page.
