    Cancelled Subscription Error


    Hello Xbox Forum,

    I have a Xbox Live Cancelled Subscription I can't pay for with my Visa Card due to the card being a Banned Payment Instrument on my Account. Do you know how I can pay for it so I can play online again? Please help. I have been having troubles with this for
    quite a while now and it's really getting on my nerves.

    I got a new Xbox Live Gold digital code for 15 Months Subscription and I exchanged this code in my XBOX 360 and the rest of my old XBOX Live Gold subscription for more tan 10 Months was cancelled. I spent 59,99 euros in each subscription. It is possible
    solve it ?Thank you.

    Should be the Months I had plus the new added 15 Months
