Cancelled Service Order

I sent in 2 xbox controllers for warranty repair and one of the controllers was returned and the other order has been cancelled with no other information available. There appears that there is no way to email or even contact support to find out why it was cancelled or any other information. My question is does this mean that they are not even going to send the controller back and now I only have one controller. Is there anyone out here who can help me with this please.

You'll need to contact support so they can look into it for you. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Ok thanks they keep saying when I try to contact support that you can not connect with support for these questions. So i will try your suggestion.

If you have a previous case number, or some sort of pending order perhaps there is something customer service can do. Unfortunately they would be the only ones that may be able to help you. It's hard to say with it out of warranty now however. You can contact

Hello, repaired items will never come back as a brand new console or controller. I would try to contact a live representative who can check account and see what's going on with the repair process.
