Cancelled Series X

I placed a preorder through Microsoft. My ordered was cancelled because of an error on their part. I contacted them and was told I would receive an email today to replace the order. The email never came, nor any communication as to what was happening.
I called customer support again and was told the email could come up till the 15th. Is there anybody I can talk to that has definite answers?
