Cancelled recurring billing gone past due.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with an overdue subscription. Unfortunately, you will need to pay the past due to cancel the subscription. There is no way of cancelling it when it is past due. Once you pay the past due
you can
cancel the subscription immediately.

sorry to hear that if you have a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing you can change how you pay anytime unless the payment is pasted due. you can also cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription. if you have a past due balance
you'll have to pay that first before changing how you pay. Basically what this means is the past due amount has to be payed with the same method it was originally purchased with before the changes can be made. hope this helps.

- The subscription is still active

- Recurring billing is turned on

- The subscription is past due and not cancelled.

Kindly turn off recurring billing and cancel the subscription, afterwards you can try to remove the card again.
