Cancelled Preorder

Has anyone cancelled a preorder yet, been denied access to the game AND not received a refund or even the ability to request one? Hope it's not just me because I've received zero help with this issue.

Paid in full months ago, never cancelled my preorder.

 

Day One confusion.

I too am confused, ambiguous wording, little info, contradiction.

I pre ordered then cancelled, I then cancelled my cancel, and reordered my preorder. LOL

 

I've only ever attempted a refund once and it was for a DLC. It was given to me because I showed proof of constant game glitches and error codes for the refund.

Right on. Was hoping to avoid the long wait on the phone again, but will give it another shot. Never did have good experiences with Microsoft support so here goes everything haha. Thanks.

Request a refund form posted on our website been attempted? Give it a shot if it hasn't and keep us posted!

 

I have attempted to request a refund, but the option hasn't been made available on the game under my purchase history. I went over the Request a Refund page but did not find anything useful in there for this situation.

When the order was pre-ordered did you use a debit/credit card, you get charged 10 days before the game release. Also what game did you pre-order. If you pre-ordered with Microsoft account balance that is only time it bills right away. If the request a refund
doesn't show could be that it didn't bill you. When you
Contact Us they will be able to look into it and help you out.
