Cancelled Pre-Order with no Refund

thank you for the info. I ended up and refunded the order and cancelled one pre-order item.

If you want you maybe able to cancel the pre-order from your order history.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your pre-order; you can do this up to 10 days before the game launches at account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.
After this time; you may be billed and to cancel you'll need to request a refund.

In order to cancel the pre-order. You can go to https://login.live.com/

And head to your order history to cancel this if you do not see the option to cancel you can head to Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support

To request a refund

I know they do cancellations/refunds for pre-orders if you contact support, but I don't think they refund digital purchases. Like stated already.
