    Cancelled my subscription.to gold and still got charged


    I cancelled my subscription last month and still got charged. I would like a refund. I have any information needed. It doesn't show up in my accouby here but I have my bank statement for proof.

    Xbox Gold Not Working

    Last Month, Xbox Live accidentally charged me 2 times for xbox gold. They realized it and cancelled it and gave me $40 for Microsoft store, but when they cancelled the duplicate payment they also cancelled my active xbox gold. Today
    I bought xbox gold for a full year and it charged me but didn’t give me gold! What I would like is for xbox to cancel the extra year of gold and start up my old xbox gold that’s supposed to end in April.

    I have a problem. Today I signed up for a one month gold subscription. When I went online to cancel the auto renewal--and the auto renewal only!--I got an email stating my entire subscription was cancelled. Of course, Microsoft has still charged my credit
    card for the one month gold account. Please either refund my money or, better yet, give me what I paid for and want, a one month gold account with no auto renewing options!

    Xbox One Gold membership doesn't work.

    Just following up on this: I got back on with chat support. They refunding my 2x $9.99 charges, then canceled my subscription. Then I resubscribed yet again, and this time I was able to see Gold deals in the Store. The Home screen still indicated that
    I hadn't signed up for gold, though.

    Fast-forward to today, where the Home screen reflects that I have Gold again. All is right with the world.

    Minecraft Realms subscription renewing but realm itself expires - requires fresh subscription to play causing double billing

    I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Originally the game is suppose to be released last June 22, 2021 that’s why players that pre-ordered the game got their ordered canceled but we were not charged because Microsoft gets the money for pre-ordered games 10 days before the game releases if we use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

    No worries because you just need to pre-order the game again and you will surely have an access to the OPEN BETA.
