Cancelled my pre-order, how long till refunded.

So inrecently cancelled my fallout 76 preorder,

I received an email that basically said, "if we charged you, wwe'l refund you." And i thought great, as i need the money to pay a bill.

It has now been 9 days since then and i havent received a refund or any other communication.

I have submitted a support request and only recieved confirmation that my pre-order was cancelled, not very helpful.

How long should it take for a digital preorder to be cancelled after requesting it?

A few days ago I contacted support to get a digital pre-order for black ops 3 cancelled and refunded to I could order Halo 5 instead.

But a few days later I have still not had a refund and the game is still showing ready to install.

How long does it normally take for pre-order cancellations to go through?

How long should I wait before contacting support again?

Asked for my pre-order to be cancelled and yet still it wasn't cancelled and now the payment has been made. Request for this to be refunded.

 

If you cancelled the pre-order that far in advance, it's likely you were never charged. Pre-ordered games are billed about 10 days before they launch, so they should actually start billing today.

The only way you are billed immediately for a pre-order is if you paid completely with Microsoft account funds. If you paid partly with funds and the rest with another payment method, you won't have been charged until about now, either.
