    Cancelled my account, still billed... AND can't access XBox Live.


    I cancelled my XBox Live account, which I had assumed would automatically cancel autopay. It was around 3:00 am, on the morning my account was supposed to renew, I thought I would be safe...

    I checked my bank account the next day, and sure enough... They had billed me for another year!!!

    I decided to go ahead and log in to at least get the free games of the month... Seeing as I've already been billed. It turns out my account IS cancelled, I can't even get the games...

    Now, I am out $60... For a service I cancelled... Before the deadline...

    And of course, there is apparently no possible way to speak to an actual person regarding this billing issue. So it looks like I'm just ***. Thank Micro$oft. I'd really like my money back so that I can pay for things I can actually use.

    How do I change the region associated with my account

    On my XBox, I am billed correctly with my local currency.

    On the XBox mobile App I'm being billed in pounds.

    Online, when I try to purchase something like EA access it is billing me in US Dollars. In fact, I can't actually make the purchase because I can not enter my correct address.

    I'd like a uniform currency to be billed in. Where can I see what region my account is associated with.

    Same here. Worst part is everything was working fine until someone in billing charged my account for a Live Gold membership I had already paid for through a prepaid card. They agreed that I shouldn't have been billed,removed the charge - but in the process
    somehow cancelled my prepaid membership! So they gave me a new code to reactivate my Gold membership,but now my account is locked,can't redeem codes,make purchases,nothing. Weeks later and hours on the phone,and they still can't figure out what they did to
    make such a mess of things.

    XBOX LIVE AND XBOX ULTIMATE BILLING ISSUE

    (Parity )I understand my subscription was converted from gold to ultimate and when you cancel ultimate your live gets canceled too. That kinda sucks for people that have existing gold accounts and are not aware. Still that is not my issue I asked for a refund
    for a over charge not to cancel my subscription gold, or ultimate.

    (Cyber Spero) Digital card, and it was for three months. I redeemed Spotify and its still there which is the one good thing from this. I haven't redeemed any of the others, but I think I can still do the EA access because it says redeem your gift still on
    my console.

    I tried to be as clear as possible with the virtual agent, but I always get taken to the digital refund part and my last purchase is the refund. I tried just asking for a refund for the live account I got in late December, but I can't get anywhere with that
    either. If I could talk to real person Im sure they would work with me. I just can't get a live person
