Discus and support Cancelled my 14 day pass in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; cancelled my 14 day pass yet money still came out of my account!!     Cancelled my 14 day pass


    cancelled my 14 day pass yet money still came out of my account!! Please can you tell me why this is??

    Xbox live 14 dans trial

    that 14 day pass is a limited gold pass. there are no full gold 14 day passes.

    Cancelled my pre-order with simply games (FIFA 14 version). Got the Forza Day One Edition.

    14day gold pass isn't a renewable subscription

    Please check commerce.microsoft.com

    14day trials.dont overwrite gold

    Meaning if you were using it to delay renewal then no that doesn't worl

    I bought six months of gold about 3 months ago and it went away when I activated a game pass code.

    I totally understand that, the problem is that because I activated the 14 day trial of only Game Pass my Gold was cancelled. I thought that it would just keep my Gold and give me the benefits of only Game Pass without the Game Pass Ultimate features but that didn't seem to be the case. Maybe if I run out the trial time or just cancel the Game Pass trial my Gold will come back.

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.
