Cancelled download and cannot redeem, not in download history

Discus and support Cancelled download and cannot redeem, not in download history in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I accidentally cancelled the download when redeeming a code and it won't allow me to redeem it again and says its already redeemed.     Cancelled download and cannot redeem, not in download history


    I accidentally cancelled the download when redeeming a code and it won't allow me to redeem it again and says its already redeemed. It does NOT appear in my Download History so I cannot restart it. What can I do?

    Madden 25 Pro Pack

    Yesterday, I purchased a pro pack bundle (15) from EA. While it was in active downloads, i accidentally cancelled the download and the bundle disappeared. Although it shows up in my purchase history, I cannot find it under the Madden 25 file in "Games and
    Apps." Any other suggestions?

    Game Download Code Stopped Downloading

    it should be in your download history any time you redeem a code for download content it will show up there. even if the download does not finish. just go into the storage remove the unfinished download, go to download history and download again, good

    Is this Xbox 360? It should appear here:
    live.xbox.com/.../history

    If it was very recent, it may take a little while to appear. You should even be able to download it from the Marketplace and it will say "Download Again" rather than a price. However, if there IS a price do NOT purchase again.

    The code won't work again because you have the download in progress. If the code won't work then that means (you) redeemed the content already. I would cancel the download and then go to your Purchase History and re-download it. Goodluck!

    Hello,

    Once a code is used it cannot be re-used. If you redeemed something you should have access to it in your download history.

    You can reach your download history by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History. If the content you're looking for is not there then please
    contact phone support to find out who's redeemed this code.

    Avatar item is "Assigned to other console."

    That option was not available as it showed up as a Pending download. The only option was to cancel the download which stated that I could restart the download on Xbox.com.

    I did choose the cancel option, but cannot find the download now on Xbox.com. Using the menu bar above, when I go into "My Xbox" and choose Avatar Editor, Accounts, or Redeem Code, I go to an Xbox.com error page.

    Hi there

    The reason the download cancelled is that when you start a download in-game you need to keep the download progress page open otherwise it cancels.

    However, all is not lost. The download cancelling does not mean you cannot restart it.

    Dependent on how long the download was going on before you inadvertently cancelled it, go to Settings/System/Storage,find the partial file and delete it.

    From the Dashboard go to Settings/Account/Download History and the content will be there (top of the list if your most recent purchase). Click A on the content then Download Again.

    When you download from here you, a) are not charged and b) can close the download progress screen without encountering any problems.
