    Cancelled charges added to my accounts


    I tried to buy coins in bingo with me and Aeflgwyn account, these had an error message telling me to try again and they were cancelled. I've since had coins credited to my account. what happened? I now do not have funds in my account to cover
    all of these and to make it worse my niece played bingo whilst she stayed with me and thought nothing of using those coins! I let her play as I did not suspect there would be anything wrong and assumed she would be using what few coins I already had. What
    can I do?

    When I added this code... it automatically cancelled the auto renew since my account was already "extended" with this sale...and a few years back my auto renew was set to pay monthly... and I had no clue... all of a sudden I caught this $9.99 charge that
    was happening for 6 months...pissed me or slightly..

    How do I get a refund for a subscription that was cancelled in December and I have been billed every month since?

    The monthly charges are showing up in my account but we had gone on there and canceled mine when we added his to his account. And it never canceled.

    Need to cancel subscription

    There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.
    If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.
