    I cancelled auto renewal last month on August but Xbox charged me another month of service today! What is going on? Any help please? I cancelled the renewal since I'm really tight on the budget and can't really spend money!

    Auto-renew cancelled and xbox live run out. Yet I have been charged for this month

    Basically because of money issues I had to cancel my auto renewal for xbox live and I was still charged for this month.

    Now i know for a fact xbox live cannot work a month in hand, so charging someone for a month AFTER they have cancelled their auto renewal, isnt that classed as theft?

    My xbox live ran out this month, I cancelled it 2 days before it was due to renew and you have charged me and my xbox live services are unavailable because I "do not have an active xbox live subscription" so why have you charged me for this month?

    In short I'd like my money back or my services reintroduced as my reson for cancelling was because I was very short on funds this month.

    For the dates of its auto renewal and cancellation do not add up and you have taken the charge of 5.99 for June when In reality it was to run out. So how can you get away with charging me and cutting me off?

    XBOX Live Auto Renewal Option on console is bogus.

    I had cancelled my auto renewal of xbox live service via the xbox console but I was still charged for another month. I believe it is unfair that I'm forced to cancel my subscription through a computer and that the option to do so on xbox live via console
    is bogus. On my console it'll say it's off yet through the xbox website it still gave me the option to turn it off like it wasn't done so. This is an unfair business practice and on console, we should be told that we must sign onto the xbox website to turn
    off auto renewal. In the issue of fairness, I'd like the money back for the month of auto renewal and my current xbox gold subscription cancelled as I was NOT supposed to be charged.
