Cancelled a queued game!!

I tried downloading a game that I got a code for and when it was queued I accidently pressed cancel. I went to the games section and tried to download it again but it only showed the price and asked if I wanted to buy it. Also, I tried reentering the code
again but it said it was already used. Is there anyway I can fix this without spending more money?

Installing then Queues then installs and Queues again. HELP!

So I just purchased Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls and I'm in the processes of installing then it randomly queues then proceeds to install then back to queued. It's going back and forth. I have cleared my cached and I have deleted/cancelled the install and tried
to install it again And the problem still persists.

Its installing because it's now on 2% but it still goes to back every couple seconds to queued. Any help?

I purchased Minecraft Xbox one edition and when its in the download queue it flickers between "queued" and "installing" then says download cancelled, how do I fix this?

I purchased Minecraft Xbox One edition and when its in the download queue and i select install it flickers between installing and queued for about 5 seconds then just says download cancelled, i left it overnight but still happening, how do i fix this? thanks

You should be able to restart the download without having to pay again,details here

That didnt work, it only showed me the games I had already installed.

Same problem over here. Entered the DLC and it showed up in the queue, played another game for a while and it was gone (so I didn't cancel the download!) and now I can't find it through my apps\games or through my xbox live transaction history...any ideas
anyone? Anyone else with similar problems?

Still having problems? Call the support team, they are able to look into your game licenses...solved my problem...

Hi,

The exact method is a little hazy, but as I understand it, you'll need to start one download, then add another to the queue. The second item (the one queued) can have the download location changed from within the Xbox 360 mini guide.

So, choose to download something and then add the actual content you want to download to the external drive to the Queue. Change the install location on queued item and then cancel the first first download. The content that was queued will now download to the external storage.

Cancelled a queued game!!
