    Every time I try to cancel, I find a glitch in the system. I want to cancel this but it wont let me!

    Is this the account in question because you are not gold so cancelation isn't an issue

    If it is another account that is gold you will have to call support in your region

    It cancelled it when you purchased the promotion and upgraded it to Ultimate. That's why when you cancelled it cancelled everything.

    Sorry can't cancel it in here you will have to cancel it either by login to your Microsoft account and cancel go to bills and payments or recent transactions usually gives you option to cancel.
