cancell a pre order for fifa 17

hi i was told by support to post to hear to cancell my fifa 17 pre order as ime a preview program user it dosent work through them

:)

 

I bought fifa 17 super deluxe edition and did not get the 8000 fifa points included.

Your not getting FIFA A month early, your getting free access to EA Access for a month.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime by contacting Xbox support. You do not have to be in the preview program to be able to cancel a pre-order. If you would like further information on this topic please visit

i tried going threw that option and the support team told me because i am on the preview program they said they cannot do it i have to contact them on the forum to do it

 

Apparently, if you're in the preview program you have to wait ten days before the game comes out to be able to cancel your pre-order. I just found this information out and it seems kind of weird that they are making you wait that long to be able to cancel
your pre-order.

 

so I have to pay for the game before I cancel it then because I have to pay 2 weeks before release so 4 days after that I then cancel it but will I get refunded or will it be xbox credit because this seems strange to me

 

This seems strange to me too, it must be 14 days before the game releases then.

I don't think you're allowed to receive a refund. 2 weeks before Fifa 17 is released, I would contact Xbox Support again and try to cancel the pre-order and get a refund.

You will have to give them a reason why you want a refund. If you accidentally pre-ordered this game, you might have a good chance of getting a refund.
