Canceling Xbox Live

Hi! My Xbox Live keeps changing itself to auto renew each time I decide I want to buy a new subscription, and I don't want it to do that, but it's done it a couple times.

I keep canceling but I have a pending charge for an auto renewed 3 month subscription. Will Microsoft cancel this? Will I receive backlash for this being the second time I have done this? I did it previously and it was a bit embarrassing, I was worried
that if I canceled a second time that they would either refuse to remove the charge on my card, or suspend my access to Xbox Live.

Can anyone give me any insight? I'm stumped on what to do.

Canceling Xbox live

Hello, My gold membership expired a month or so ago and I've been trying to cancel my mothers card. I have no outstanding balances and no recurring fees set up but it wont let me remove the card. I cant even get to my account on the xbox live site
because it gives me an error message saying i found a glitch, which has been happening for the past 2 weeks. I tried removing on my xbox but it gives me the "Payment option Mastercard Cant be removed" and the site they tell me to visit i cant get to. Please
help, this is more frustrating than it should be.

every time you buy a subscription on the console it turns on the auto renew. the ONLY way not do have it do this is by buying the Live cards and entering the codes for them, you can have up to 36 months aka 3 years of gold at a time per account. as long
as the auto renew is turned of the card should NOT be charged for a new account.
