I would update my games, I need to anyway to play them online but our internet is really weak (typical for here in Australia) and the update files are really big so I can’t install them, but my save data is still there thank goodness. I guess I’m just not
used to the fact that games are getting bigger. But I find it annoying how they expect everyone to have flawless internet to be able download the patch to play online

I totally agree, the size of updates/patches are no almost as large as the game itself. I would hope that Microsoft could work out a way to have some sort of system where you can request an update disc to be mailed to a person, obviously you would have
to pay shipping, but in this day and age I wouldn't have thought it would take too much to bring in a system like this.

A game will uninstall itself if the game's most recent update version is canceled or interrupted while it is updating. This can happen if the console loses power during an update, which is the most common cause. The other would be a network interruption
that stops the update and causes the update to get corrupted, requiring a cancelation of the update, therefore the entire game uninstalls. However it happens, if an update is removed from the queue, the entire game will need to be re-installed again.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on games uninstalling. If you cancel a game update, or update fails for any reason. This can uninstall the game. This feature has been added to prevent corrupt game
installs. When a update is paused or cancelled and started later, it caused corruption within the game.
