    I have two acounts on my xbox one and i delete one acount but i delete acount with payment method with auto payment every 3 months.how can i cencel the payment

    Canceling payment methods

    If that card is linked to your current Gold membership, that would be the reason why. You would need to turn off auto-renew and after the subscription expires you should be able to remove the payment information.

    If neither of these things sound like they should be affecting you, go ahead and contact Phone Support who should be able to help you out:

    I can't remove my credit card of the account , i tried but say "This payment option can not be removed at this time. Go to the Information page on the payment method, to see the services associated with this payment option."

    Not happy with auto-renewal

    Call the bank and have them cancel the payment, and call Xbox Support to cancel this payment :)

    Hello there,

    As far as I know you will have to change the number by going to your account settings in Microsoft's ID(Windows Live ID).

    After changing the number it may take up to 30 days for the change to be effective.

    So you will have to wait I think.
