Canceling Gold Subscription didn't work, angry and trying to save money D<

So I canceled my gold subscription and low and behold I find I am still being billed, I doubled checked to cancel this and it just gets billed anyway.

Could someone please tell me how to contact Microsoft about a refund. Or have a admin cancel my auto renewal and have the money refunded.

I find this kind of mistake rather upsetting and would like this fixed promptly.

Hi Could somebody please help me with canceling the live gold subscription. I just wanted to join for 1 month. I have gone into my account and xbox gold but it doesnt give me the option to cancel subscription

 

Live auto-renewal when auto-renewal was off?

Same thing happened to me last month. My xbox live subscription was ending and I didn't want to renew so I turned of auto-renew. When the date came I got billed for another 3 months. My auto-renew had mysteriously got turned back on. Its my suspicion that
Microsoft is secretly turning auto-renew back on to keep subscribers. And no, I NEVER got an email telling my subscription was going to be renewed. Microsoft appears to be using dishonest business tactics to keep customers. Canceling Xbox live gold is beginning
to feel a lot like trying to cancel AOL in the age of broadband internet. Perhaps pressure from PSN is causing Microsoft to turn to cheating its customers to make more money.

Thankyou for your replies, I'll be contacting them first thing in the morning I did manage to catch exactly the day they billed this which was just now. hopefully they will refund me as requested because I honestly do not need this to happen to me at this
current time. I'm on a tight budget and can really not deal with the terrible Microsoft support. I believe I have 10 days before it counts into being used so I should have time. I really wish they would deal with the issue of the billing because it's just
awful.
