    To unsubscribe from Game Pass, you must rebuy it and then cancel it because to cancel it, you must pay the amount that is due in order to cancel other purchases and make a purchase for Xbox Live.

    Xbox GOLD and Game pass

    Did you buy Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Ultimate includes Gold so the 3 months of Gold you purchased would have been cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate when you made that purchase. Cancelling Ultimate would have cancelled everything.
