Canceling Game Pass (Cancelar game pass)

Hello, I purchased the game pass ultimate a few months ago when it was like 1 USD because it also included discord nitro. Some of my friends also purchased it and it worked fine, but for some reason, none of it was working for me, not even the games. So
I made a few posts to try to fix it but got 0 answers, then i tried directly contacting support, and the attendant coudnt figure out what happened. The problem is that i kept paying for it, and when i try to cancel it, it says that its not possible to cancel
it and that i already paid for my Game Pass license and that it'll automatically expire in 3/12/2020

1) What does that mean? Did it cancel already or it didnt work?

2) Is it possible to get a refund?

Olá, eu comprei o game pass ultimate quando estava em promoção por R$1,00 pois ele vinha junto com o discord nitro. Alguns de meus amigos também pegaram o mesmo plano e funcionou certinho para eles, mas comigo por algum motivo não funcionou nada, nem os
jogos. Fiz alguns posts aqui pra tentar ajuda mas não consegui nenhuma resposta, perguntei no suporte direto da microsoft e o atendente também não conseguiu resolver.

O problema mesmo é que continuou cobrando R$40,00 reais todo mês, porém quando tento cancelar, essa mensagem aparece:





Como não recebi o que comprei, quero que a assinatura seja cancelada e que o valor pago seja reembolsado.

1. O que isso significa? Já cancelou ou deu erro?2. E sobre a questão de reembolso? É possível pedir reembolso?
