Canceling Fortnite Crew on Child Account

I signed my daughter up for fornite crew on xbox but now want to cancel. We have tried for a month to cancel and just got charged again. She does not have her own Microsoft account. She has a child account under my Microsoft account. When I go into my account the subscription is not there for me to cancel. When I go into her child account it does not show there either but it does show that the monthly payments went through. I tried the Microsoft web page as we but there is NO way to cancel. I also cannot cancel on Epic games.

I hope someone can help me because I've been trying for hours to get in touch with support and just going in circles...

Hello, I have exactly same issue as Julia. Signed myself and 2 associated child accounts with Fortnite crew. I have managed to cancel mine direct through Android, but I have nowhere to cancel the child subscriptions.

Go into Xbox subscriptions on their login, nothing showing. Plus their billing is associated to my email and credit card. I also go on the web and no subscriptions on my adult account as I cancelled. I go into the child accounts on my ms account, again nothing visible within subscriptions.

What is the solution, I need to cancel their subscriptions asap. ?

In this case, it would be best to get in touch with our live support Contact us | Xbox Support to check the accounts from their end.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

When I go into his child account, it does not show there either nor on the Xbox site but it does show in his Fortnite profile that Fortnite Crew subscription is active. I hope someone can help me as I keep on getting the Virtual Agent and no call back or assistance from a living person.

To be able to cancel the Fortnite Crew subscription you have to go to this page and make sure to sign in the account that has the active subscription: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

If the subscription isn't showing up on the account you are logged in, it means that Fortnite Crew subscription wasn't purchase in there.

Kindly review your other accounts because one of them might have the active Fortnite Crew subscription.
