    i wanna purchase a Xbox gamertag change but i wont let me pay 10 goddam usd because it dosent have goddamn denmark in the list, so my post code is bound to be wrong because you dont even have any goddam eu contries! Seriously can you upgrade your hardware
    and stop running this carbage on internet explorer or the likes, i've been trying for 3 days without the website even working and now it dosent have my contry leaving me screwed with a old **** misspelled gamertag? Seriously, i'm starting to loose my damn
    patience with this crap, how come after so many years microsoft's awefull website is still running on INTERNET explorer.

    Hey guys! Just a heads up, you can now cancel auto renewal on your account on Xbox.com (http://xbox.com/accounts) if that's what you're looking to do. If you want to outright cancel, you would still
    need to call in to support. Thanks!

    Contacting official support should be your only lead for refunding games. However, you can only do this once per account.

    You'll want to reach out to MS Customer Support directly for this. Digital Sales are final as per the TOS, however they may be willing to work with you on this unique case.
