    just have them transfer it, you arent canceling the pre order, just switching stores.

    Not sure why they sent you here. You would need to contact aupport for assistance with cancelling an order. No one on the forums has the abilty to do that.

    they told me to go to the preview forums and the preview members would be able to help out with canceling a pre order. I've contacted support twice now and they've told me the same thing. No one at support can cancel my pre orders because I'm in the preview
    program.

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.
