Canceled XBone Pre-Order

Hello!

Back in April I pre-ordered the Xbox One - Spyro: Reignited Trilogy and today I got an email saying that I canceled the order. Of course I have not canceled anything, so I am wondering what happened here and what I can do about it?

You canceled the pre-order, do you know if you were ever charged for it? How long ago was the pre-order canceled?

 

Will the Xbox One do better then the Xbox 360 and the Original Xbox in terms of games and console sales?

I think he's talking pre orders lol, and could you pre order the 360 before it launched ? if not then that would explain why the XBOne has outsold it on Pre Orders lol, even though Pre Orders can be canceled or changed. So wouldn't read too much into it
at this stage (Far too early for that)

Thanks for the quick reply. It definitely says it got canceled. It is not the first time I ordered/pre ordered a game (With the same payment method over and over again) and it always went without any problems, until today. I guess I should contact the xbox
support then.

I would suggest to directly contact the xbox support by phone call

 

I contacted the xbox support and it got solved. Turns out that most, if not all pre orders got canceled by Activision since the release date got pushed back to november. Usually they charge 10 days before the actual release, but since the date got pushed
back, no one has been charged nor refunded. All I have to do is just place a new pre-order
