HI xbox I was accused and suspended from xbox live for no reason. I pay for your service with my own money and this is what I get. Some kid sent me a message saying I suck at a game then reports me. This is Unfair. I am a 26 year old male in the military
enjoying games and some kid can have my account suspended. That is not right. Worth a possible lawsuit if not corrected.

To cancel your subscription, click the menu in the top left corner, and click “Payment & Billing.” Click “Order History” and find your last payment for your subscription. On the billing card, there should be a “Manage Subscriptions” button, and you’ll want
to click on that. Under the subscription, you’ll want to click “Manage,” which will then give you the option to cancel the subscription.

Then why does the subscription in question come up under “canceled subscriptions”?

Trust me, I’m not 80 years old, I can navigate subscriptions easily. This subscription is canceled. End of story. Even when I check the billing history it says I’ve only been charged once which is a lie. The money has been taken off my account 3 times.
